1. Who we are
US Peptides Rx operates a physician-supervised telehealth platform that connects you with U.S.-licensed physicians for evaluation and, where clinically appropriate, the prescription and fulfillment of U.S.-made peptide therapies. This policy applies to information collected through our website, intake, and member services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in a few categories:
- Account & contact information — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and login credentials.
- Health information (PHI) — the answers you provide in your medical intake, including health history, medications, allergies, goals, and any information you share with your care team.
- Order & prescription information — therapies evaluated, physician decisions, and fulfillment and refill records.
- Payment information — processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Technical & usage data — device, browser, IP, and basic analytics used to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- route your intake to a licensed physician for evaluation;
- provide, fulfill, and support physician-supervised care and refills;
- communicate with you about your account, orders, and care;
- process payments and issue refunds, including when a physician declines;
- operate, secure, and improve the platform; and
- comply with legal, regulatory, and pharmacy requirements.
We do not use your protected health information for advertising, and we do not make care decisions based on a sale.
4. HIPAA-aware handling
Where we and our physician and pharmacy partners function as covered entities or business associates, your protected health information is handled consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and supported by Business Associate Agreements with the partners who handle that information on our behalf. You will receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices describing your HIPAA rights in detail.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information or your protected health information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We share information only as needed to provide your care and run the service — for example, with the licensed physician who evaluates you, the compounding pharmacy that fulfills an approved therapy, our payment processor, and the secure infrastructure providers that operate our platform under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to comply with a valid legal process, to protect the safety of a person, or in connection with a business transfer in which the successor agrees to honor this policy.
6. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricting health information to the people who need it to provide your care. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and to respond promptly if an issue arises.
7. Data retention
We retain medical and prescription records for the period required by applicable medical-records and pharmacy laws, and we retain account and transaction records as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account information and contact our care team with privacy requests. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of certain information, and to obtain a copy of your medical record consistent with applicable law. We will respond to verified requests as required by the laws that apply to you.
9. Communications
We send messages necessary to your care and orders, such as evaluation updates and shipping notices. Where you opt in to non-essential updates, you can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your care-related communications.
10. Children
Our service is intended for adults of legal age in their state. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not provide therapies to minors through this platform.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service, partners, or the law evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
12. Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact our care team. We will route privacy and health-records requests to the appropriate person and respond as the law requires.
